1.  Clean
On the Minute x8
Evens:  5 clean deadlifts
Odds:  2 hang power clean + 3 front squats

2.  Jerk
On the 3-minutes:
Minutes 1-3:  Pausing Jerk balance (5x3)
Minutes 4-6:  Jerk Balance (5x3)
Minutes 7-9:  Split Jerk (5x3)

3.  Clean and Jerk
On the minute x10
1 clean and jerk
*build to a heavy single.
