1.  Cleans
On the minute x5:  5 clean deadlifts

On the minute x5:  2 Hang power cleans + 3 front squats

2.  Jerk practice
On the 4-minutes:
Minutes 0-3:  Pausing jerk balance 5x3
Minutes 3-6:  Jerk balance 5x3
Minutes 6-9:  Jerk 5x3

3.  Clean & Jerk
On the minute x10:
1 Clean and jerk
*Build to a heavy single
